About this benefit
Eligibility
Must have a VA disability rating of at least 10%. Must have served on active duty during a qualifying wartime period. Must exhaust all federal VA educational benefits first. Honorable discharge required. South Dakota resident.
Covers
One month of free tuition for each month of qualifying wartime service, with a minimum of one academic year and maximum of four academic years toward an undergraduate degree.
