Eligibility
SD resident AND meet at least one of: (a) totally disabled and limited to a wheelchair; (b) recipient of a VA "K" award or receiving a veteran's allotment for total (40%+) service-connected disability; (c) receiving 40%+ Social Security disability with active-duty service verification; or (d) former Prisoner of War. Honorable discharge implied.
