Eligibility
SC resident (365 days) receiving disability benefits from any qualifying program (VA, Social Security, SC Retirement System, Federal Civil Service, Railroad Retirement Board, or Medicaid). Free 3-year combination license covers freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing, state hunting, big game, WMA access, and Migratory Waterfowl Permit. Lifetime license available for paraplegic, quadriplegic, or legally blind veterans (physician statement required).
