Eligibility
Child must be age 26 or younger. Veteran parent must have been killed in action, died from service-connected cause, have 100% P&T service-connected disability, been a POW, or be permanently and totally disabled from any cause (with wartime service per SC Code 59-111-20). Other-than-dishonorable discharge. SC residency requirements apply (12 continuous months for both student and veteran).

Tuition only (fees still apply) for undergraduate programs at any SC state-supported institution.
