Honorable discharge; active duty service meeting one of: 90+ consecutive days (pre-Feb 1, 1955), 178+ consecutive days (post-Jan 31, 1955), or shorter service with service-connected disability or combat zone service. Must purchase owner-occupied single-family residence in Oregon. Up to 4 loans per lifetime (one at a time). Purchases only, no refinancing.
