As of this listing, the Oklahoma Lawyers for America's Heroes program is on hiatus and being revitalized by the Oklahoma Bar Association. Contact the OBA directly to confirm whether the program is accepting applications.
Eligibility (when active): Veteran with honorable discharge, OR active duty/reserve member at pay grade E-6 or below. If veteran: gross annual income must not exceed $40,000. Legal issue must be within Oklahoma. Cannot currently be represented by counsel.
