Eligibility
Child of an Oklahoma resident service member killed in the line of duty while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces (after January 1, 2000).
Covers
Pays tuition at Oklahoma public colleges/universities. Also covers a portion of tuition at accredited Oklahoma private institutions or public technology centers. Usable for up to 5 years or completion of a bachelor's degree, whichever comes first.
