Service during a recognized armed conflict; honorable discharge; Ohio resident/citizen for at least 1 year (lifetime, not necessarily continuous).
Facilities
Sandusky (427-bed nursing home plus 216-bed domiciliary for independent living, with standard care, memory care, and skilled care) and Georgetown (168-bed nursing home with memory care unit for dementia).
Covers
Skilled nursing/domiciliary care at significantly reduced cost compared to private facilities.
