U.S. citizen at time of application, meeting the statutory definition of "veteran" (per NDCC 37-01-40) — including those currently serving or honorably discharged from the National Guard or Reserve, and currently-serving members who will be discharged under non-dishonorable conditions within 120 days. Must meet job qualifications.
