Up to two vehicles can be licensed with DAV plates simultaneously (excise/sales tax exempt and registration fee exempt). Vehicles with DAV plates may park in marked handicap spaces statewide. Excludes vehicles 26,000 lbs or more. Surviving unmarried spouses may retain one DAV plate. SFN 2872 form required.
