About this benefit
Eligibility
Veteran who served on active duty with honorable or general discharge and has lived in Nebraska for at least two years during their lifetime. Spouses, surviving spouses, and Gold Star spouses/parents also eligible. No age requirement.
Covers
Skilled nursing care and residential care. Member contribution is on a sliding scale from $0 to $5,549/month based on income and assets.
