Eligibility (MCA 61-3-460): VA-rated 100% service-connected disabled (or paid at the 100% rate). Montana resident. Also covers former prisoners of war and unremarried surviving spouses of service members killed on active duty or who died from service-connected injury/disability.

Exemption from all motor vehicle registration fees AND the veterans' cemetery fee for up to 2 non-commercial vehicles (2 sets of special veteran plates). DV plates authorize disabled parking privileges.
