Honorably discharged veteran (resident or nonresident) with service-connected disability rating of 60% or greater, OR former POW. Must carry a certified VA statement of eligibility.

deer, turkey, elk, black bear, and migratory birds still require permits. Federal Duck Stamp still required for waterfowl. No separate trout permit is required (trout fishing is covered by the exempt fishing privilege).
