Eligibility

Missouri resident, honorably discharged, any percentage of service-connected VA disability. Must provide a VA disability statement less than one year old.

Additional sets available at standard registration cost. Veterans with permanent VA disability exempt from 4-year recertification.

Standard DV plates do NOT include disabled-parking privileges unless they display the wheelchair accessibility symbol (requires Form DOR-1776 physician certification).

Submit Form 4601 with VA documentation to the Missouri DOR.
