Tuition assistance of up to $5,000/semester ($10,000/year) at 4-year institutions for active MS National Guard members.

Eligibility
Active MS National Guard member in good standing; Basic Training graduate (or ROTC); registered voter in Mississippi; must maintain a 2.0 GPA from the previous semester. Officers/warrant officers O1-O4 and WO1-CW4 eligible. Must attend an accredited Mississippi institution.
Maximum tuition assistance (subject to legislative appropriations):
- 4-year colleges/universities: $5,000/semester full-time, $2,500/semester part-time (up to $10,000 per state fiscal year).
- 2-year junior/community colleges: $2,500/semester full-time, $1,250/semester part-time (up to $5,000 per state fiscal year).
- Vocational/credentialing programs: up to the total program cost, capped at $10,000 per state fiscal year.
State fiscal year runs July 1 - June 30.
