Eligibility
Honorably discharged veteran eligible for USDVA healthcare or financial assistance for long-term nursing care. Michigan residency is NOT required.
Locations
Grand Rapids, Chesterfield Township, Marquette (D.J. Jacobetti Home).
Dependents of eligible veterans may also be admitted.
All three homes received the AHCA/NCAL 2025 Bronze -- Commitment to Quality Award.
