Eligibility
Veterans, surviving spouses, or Gold Star mothers who have lived in a Massachusetts public housing project for 8+ consecutive years. Unit must be 2 bedrooms or fewer, and rent cannot be more than 3 months past due (per MGL Ch. 121B §32).
