Eligibility

Veterans, widows/widowers of a veteran, or Gold Star Mothers who have lived in a Massachusetts state-aided low-rent public housing project for the last 8+ consecutive years. Unit must be 2 bedrooms or fewer, and rent must not be more than 3 months in arrears (per MGL Ch. 121B §32).
