Who is eligible
Eligibility
Children of veterans whose service was credited to Massachusetts and who were killed in action or died as a result of such service, and children of POWs or service members missing in action in Southeast Asia whose service was credited to Massachusetts and was between February 1, 1955 and the end of the Vietnam campaign. Surviving spouses should confirm their eligibility with the Office of Student Financial Assistance at 617-391-6070. Must attend an undergraduate program at a college or university in Massachusetts.
