Eligibility
Children and spouses of service members who were killed in action (KIA), missing in action (MIA), prisoners of war (POW), or who died from a service-connected cause. Must attend a Massachusetts state institution.
Covers
Undergraduate scholarship equal to full-time tuition at a state institution.
