About this benefit
Eligibility
Maryland resident with VA rating of 100% service-connected disability, or deemed unemployable by the VA, or former POW.
Hunting privileges include lifetime archery stamps, muzzleloader stamps, sika deer stamp, and furbearer permit. Does NOT include annual MD Migratory Game Bird Stamp or Federal Duck Stamp.
Fishing privileges include non-tidal angler license, trout stamp, Chesapeake Bay sport fishing license, and recreational oyster license.
