Eligibility

Military veteran or active duty service member. Must occupy home as primary residence. Must meet MMP income limits (vary by location and household size).

Veterans using their exemption for the first time do NOT need to be first-time homebuyers, but if not a first-time homebuyer they must purchase in a Targeted Area and meet that jurisdiction's household income limits.

The legacy "Maryland Homefront" branded rate discount product is no longer listed as a current MMP product; rate incentives vary by lender and program. Apply through a participating MMP-approved lender to determine current veteran-specific pricing.
