Eligibility
Service-connected disability rating of 50% or more. Available to residents of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Texas, and any other state with a reciprocal agreement.

Free lifetime license to fish, trap, and hunt (including archery, muzzleloader, bear, migratory bird, pheasant, turkey, coyote night hunt, crossbow, and expanded archery permits). Also eligible for a guide license if qualifications are met.
