Eligibility
Maine resident veteran who is NOT 100% service-connected to the VA (those already receive VA dental), cannot afford or does not have dental insurance, and has an Honorable or General Under Honorable discharge.

Dental grants covering necessary dental work through participating clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers, in partnership with Northeast Delta Dental.
