Free Basic and Saltwater Fishing Licenses, Free Basic/Deer/Waterfowl/Turkey Hunting Licenses, Free WMA Access Permit. Federal Duck Stamps not included.

Submit the Disabled Veterans Hunting and Fishing License Application by mail to LDWF, Attn: Sports License, PO Box 98000, Baton Rouge, LA 70898-9000, or in person at LDWF Headquarters (2000 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge), or email lifetime@wlf.la.gov. Phone: 225-765-2887.
