24/7 skilled nursing care, physical/occupational/speech rehabilitation, secured dementia/Alzheimer's environments. Facilities: Thomson-Hood Veterans Center (Wilmore, 285 beds), Paul E. Patton Eastern Kentucky Veterans Center (Hazard, 120 beds), Carl M. Brashear Veterans Center (Radcliff, 120 beds), Joseph Eddie Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center (Hanson, 156 beds), and Robert E. Spiller Bowling Green Veterans Center (opening April 2026; 60 initial beds, expandable to 130-140).
