Eligibility

Indiana resident veteran with a service-connected disability that limits walking, including: loss of sight in both eyes, loss or permanent loss of use of one or both feet or hands, or a physical condition that precludes walking without pain or difficulty. Alternatively, veterans with a 50% or 60% VA disability rating affecting mobility may also qualify. Honorable discharge required. Must have a disability affecting mobility. Contact your local BMV to verify eligibility.
