Eligibility
Resident of Illinois at the time of entering active duty (or within 6 months prior, or a student at an Illinois public 2/4-year college at time of entry); served at least 1 year of federal active duty (may include ILNG/Reserve federal active duty); honorable discharge.
Covers
Tuition and mandatory fees at all Illinois public colleges, universities, and community colleges. Up to 120 eligibility units (roughly equivalent to 4 years full-time).
How to apply
Apply through the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC). Provide DD-214 and proof of Illinois residency.
