Eligibility
Honorably discharged veteran with 100% service-connected disability, OR qualifying disabilities: loss/permanent loss of use of one or both feet or hands, or loss/permanent impairment of sight in both eyes. Must provide VA Benefit Summary Letter.
Covers
No initial fee and no annual renewal fee (standard plates cost ~$69 initially). Limited to one set per veteran. Authorizes use of handicapped parking spaces.
