Eligibility

Veterans with other-than-dishonorable discharge, their spouses, and unmarried children under 21 (or 23 if enrolled in approved education). Unmarried adult children who are disabled before age 21 also qualify.

Gravesite, grave marker, perpetual maintenance, and opening/closing of the grave -- all at no cost. Family must arrange and pay for mortuary services (transport of remains, casket).
