Eligibility
Honorable discharge from U.S. Armed Forces active duty, OR 20 years of National Guard service (medical discharges also qualify). Must be a Georgia resident at the time of application.
Required Documents
DD-214 (Member 4 copy) or Certificate of Eligibility (DS-516B) from GDVS, plus standard ID documents.
