Eligibility
U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen; Georgia resident for 12+ consecutive months; member of the Georgia National Guard or U.S. Military Reserves who served in a combat zone, OR their children, OR the spouse of such a member who was killed or became 100% disabled due to injuries received in a combat zone. Must be enrolled at an eligible Georgia postsecondary institution. Apply within 2 years of gaining eligibility.
