Does NOT include concealed weapon licenses. FDACS-administered waivers are distinct from DBPR (myfloridalicense.com) professional license waivers.
2026 expansion: HB 1041 (Florida Veterans and Military Spouse Business Development Act) expands incentives for veteran/military-spouse businesses established between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2031.
