Eligibility
Must be age 65+ or disabled; Delaware resident for at least 1 year; served at least 180 days on active duty (not just training) or Reserve/Guard member eligible for retirement pay at age 60; must require nursing home-level care; must be Medicaid-eligible or able to pay. 2026 Delaware Medicaid long-term care single-applicant income limit is $2,485/month (asset limit $2,000).
