Overview
Eligibility (per Title 20 Ch. 10 §1001): (1) paraplegic with no voluntary control over either leg; (2) listed on VA rolls as totally disabled for this condition; AND (3) disability is the direct result of service during a period of war or UN hostilities. Must be a Delaware resident.
