What Paraplegic Veteran State Pension covers

Overview

Eligibility (per Del. Code Title 20 Ch. 10 §1001): (1) paraplegic and fully disabled to the extent of having no voluntary control over either leg; (2) registered with the VA as totally disabled for paraplegia; AND (3) disability resulted from armed forces service while the U.S. was officially at war or engaged in hostilities. Must be a bona fide resident of Delaware.
