Delaware resident veteran with 60% or more service-connected disability and honorable discharge. Also available to active duty members stationed in Delaware with 60%+ rating.

Free annual hunting/trapping/fishing license. Standard combined license costs approximately $20-$40/year.
Additional provisions
Veterans receiving inpatient care at a VA medical center may fish without a license. Delaware residents who served 90+ days in OIF/OEF receive a one-time 12-month license exemption upon honorable discharge.
