Eligibility

Honorably discharged veterans, their spouses/widows, and Gold Star parents of service members who died while serving. Colorado residency required.

Covers

Long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, domiciliary/assisted living, respite care, and hospice services. Five facilities: Aurora (Fitzsimons), Florence (Bruce McCandless), Homelake (Monte Vista), Rifle, and Walsenburg (Spanish Peaks). Accepts Medicaid, VA per diem, and private pay.
