Who is eligible
Eligibility
Honorably discharged veterans who served on active duty (other than for training) during a declared war, undeclared war, or other armed hostilities against an armed foreign enemy receive 5 points. Veterans with a service-connected disability receiving VA compensation or disability retirement receive 10 points. Spouses and surviving spouses of qualifying veterans may also receive 5 points. Does not apply to promotions. DD-214 Member 4 documentation required.
