Eligibility
Veteran (with honorable discharge), veteran's spouse, or Gold Star parent; must have a medical need for nursing home-level care.
Covers
24-hour skilled nursing care (RN/LPN/CNA), physical/occupational/speech therapy, hospice care, on-site medical director, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, activities, transportation, complimentary laundry, and free cable TV. Costs are offset by VA per diem payments.
