Combination Lifetime License (VLC2) costs $3.00 (one-time); fishing-only (VLF) is $1.50; hunting-only (VLH) is $1.50. Provides lifetime privileges equivalent to the standard resident hunting/fishing license. Does NOT include HIP registration, waterfowl stamps, or trout permits (purchased separately).

Additional tier

VLL2 (Combination License + Permit including trout & state duck stamp) is available at $52.50 for veterans with 70%+ service-connected disability OR 50%+ SC with Purple Heart.
