About this benefit
Eligibility
Resident veterans with a service-connected disability rated at 30% or greater by the VA (under Act 7 of 1949 or Act 30 of 1979), OR veterans with a 100% non-service-connected disability. VA disability certification required. One plate may be reissued to the surviving spouse of a qualifying deceased disabled veteran ($4 fee, with marriage license + death certificate).
