Eligibility
Honorably separated veterans or spouse of a veteran. Must require skilled nursing care as determined by a physician.
Facilities
Phoenix (200 beds), Tucson (120 beds: 90 LTC + 30 memory), Flagstaff (80 beds, opened fall 2024), and Yuma (80 beds: 60 LTC + 20 memory). Services include long-term care, memory care, and Medicare rehabilitation. Contact ADVS or the specific facility for current bed counts.
