Arizona Military Family Relief Fund

Service members and veterans discharged under honorable conditions. Service member must have deployed from an Arizona military base and either claimed Arizona as home of record or established residency with continuous physical presence in Arizona for 12+ months. Must demonstrate financial need resulting from military service. Surviving families of service members who died, were wounded, injured, or became seriously ill in the line of duty are also eligible (Pre- and Post-9/11 subaccounts).

Up to $3,000 per subcommittee-approved grant; $20,000 lifetime cap per family/deceased person. Covers living-expense stipends (up to 6 months for surviving family of combat deaths), temporary residence near medical facilities, and other living expenses approved by the committee.

The MFRF is established only through December 31, 2026 and is repealed effective 1/1/2027 (any unencumbered monies transfer to the Veterans' Donations Fund). Apply early.
