Service members and veterans discharged under honorable conditions. Service member must have deployed from an Arizona military base, claimed Arizona as home of record, been an Arizona National Guard member at the time of deployment, or established Arizona residency with proof of 12+ months of continuous physical presence. Must demonstrate financial need resulting from military service. Surviving families of service members who died, were wounded, injured, or became seriously ill in the line of duty are also eligible (Pre- and Post-9/11 subaccounts).
