About this benefit
Eligibility
Service members and veterans discharged under honorable conditions. Must be Arizona resident with proof of continuous physical presence for 12+ months. Must demonstrate financial hardship caused by military service. Surviving families of service members who died or were wounded in the line of duty are also eligible.
Covers
Up to $3,000 one-time emergency assistance; $20,000 lifetime limit per family. Covers basic living expenses (rent, vehicle payments, utilities, etc.).

Online application at ADVS MFRF page. Required documents: DD-214, bank statements, pay stubs, past-due bills, VA decision letter.
