Veterans with any service-connected disability rating (less than 100%) who are Arizona residents for at least 1 year receive a reduced-fee combo license (~$42). Purple Heart recipients with 1+ year Arizona residency pay ~$28. Active-duty members stationed in Arizona get resident rates.
