Eligibility
Veterans who received an Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions discharge. Accepted documents include DD-214, NGB Form 22 (Report of Separation and Record of Service), DD Form 2 (green Active Duty ID card), or Retired ID card. Must present at an Alabama Driver License office.
Benefit
Free designation at initial issuance or renewal. If added between renewal dates, the standard duplicate license fee applies.
