About this benefit
Eligibility
Veteran who served at least 90 days of active duty (not for training); honorable discharge; NH resident for at least 1 year preceding April 1 of the tax year. Applies to wartime veterans (includes post-9/11 era). Surviving unremarried spouses also eligible.

Standard credit of $50 off annual property tax. Municipalities may vote to adopt an optional credit of $51 to $750.
How to apply
File Form PA-29 with your local municipal assessor's office by April 15. Provide DD-214.
