All residents. NH does not impose a state income tax on earned income (W-2 wages, military pay, military retirement pay). The Interest and Dividends Tax was repealed effective for tax periods beginning on or after January 1, 2025 (per HB 2 signed in 2023). TSP distributions are not taxed.
