Overview
Per RSA 72:36-a — Eligibility (any of): (a) 100% permanent and total disabled from service connection, (b) double amputee or paraplegic from service connection, OR (c) blindness of both eyes (visual acuity 5/200 or less) from service connection. AND must own a home specially adapted via VA SAH/SHA grant (or acquired with proceeds from sale of such a home). Discharge other than dishonorable. Also extends to the surviving spouse.
