Eligibility
Honorable discharge from U.S. Armed Forces or Oklahoma National Guard. 100% permanent service-connected disability, receiving VA compensation at the 100% rate. Vehicle purchased on or after July 1, 2005. Veteran's name must be on the vehicle title. One vehicle per consecutive 3-year period. Does NOT extend to surviving spouses.
