Eligibility
Honorable discharge from U.S. Armed Forces or Oklahoma National Guard. Oklahoma resident. 100% permanent service-connected disability certified by the VA (sustained through military action, accident, or disease contracted in active service). Must own and occupy the property as primary residence (qualify for Homestead Exemption). Surviving unremarried spouse also eligible if they continue to reside in the home.
