Eligibility

100% permanent service-connected disability, receiving VA compensation at the 100% rate. Oklahoma resident. Must register in the Oklahoma Veterans Registry.

Covers

Exempt from Oklahoma state sales tax on up to $25,000 in purchases per year. Excludes tobacco, alcohol, and vehicles. Unremarried surviving spouse limited to $1,000/year exemption (per OAC 710:65-13-275).
