Eligibility
Resident or nonresident veteran with a 40% or greater VA service-connected disability rating. VA Disability Percentage Rating letter is required only for the initial application; it is not required for subsequent applications.
Covers (Resident): DAV license $5; resident tags — deer $10.75, elk $16.50, bear $6.75, turkey $10.75; archery/muzzleloader permits $3.75 each.
Covers (Nonresident): DAV license with 3-day fishing $31.75; nonresident tags — deer $23.75, elk $39.75, bear $23.75, turkey $19.75; archery/muzzleloader permits $5.75 each. Nonresident DAV tags are capped annually at 500 deer and 300 elk; once sold out, DAV license holders may purchase available general nonresident tags at the nonresident fee.
